Two weeks later. One question has come up more than any other: When will you reopen?

The honest answer is that we don’t know yet.

We’re still in the early stages of working through all of the moving pieces and understanding the full scope of what will be required before we can safely reopen. As difficult as it is to not have answers yet, we want to remain transparent and share updates as we have them.

Your support has carried us through these first couple of weeks. Every message, every check-in, every story you’ve shared with us has reminded us how lucky we are to be part of this community.

Last night, Ember & Ash experienced a fire.

The good news is that everyone is safe. We’re so grateful for the quick response from the fire department and everyone who helped protect our team and our building.

We’re still assessing the damage, so we don’t have answers yet on what reopening will look like or how long it may take. We’ll share updates as we learn more.

Like all independent restaurants, we’ve weathered our share of challenges over the years. This is another one we didn’t see coming, but we’ll face it the same way, because restaurants are resilient by necessity.
