Ember & Ash is the first restaurant from Scott Calhoun and Dave Feola. After spending years in some of the best kitchens in both New York and Philadelphia, our team came together to bring a concept they felt was missing from our city’s food scene.

We utilize the best local ingredients when they are at their peak and highlight them in a way that shows versatility and sustainability. Reserved Your Seat Anytime

Located on the bustling Passyunk Avenue in South Philly, Ember & Ash offers dinner 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. Our restaurant features three different dining spaces - a vibrant bar and lounge with unreserved seating, a cozy dining room with views of our open kitchen and custom-built wood-burning grill, and a lively 2nd floor dining room overlooking the avenue. Reservations are recommended, though not required.
